(1) Excavator fault code 0091-08: Abnormal throttle position signal

①The main fault phenomenon must be to use the backup throttle switch to set the diesel engine speed.

②Cause of fault: The ECM detects that the throttle signal frequency is greater than 2000Hz or less than 150Hz for 2 seconds.

③ System reaction: The ECM will record the fault code, which can be viewed on the display module or ET. The ECM will mark the throttle position as invalid data.

Before one of the following situations occurs, keep the recent diesel engine speed at the required diesel engine speed.

a. The ECM receives different diesel engine speed signals from the backup throttle switch.

b. The signal from the throttle switch begins to take effect and remains for more than 2 seconds.

(2) Excavator fault code 0094-03: The fuel pressure sensor and battery positive electrode are open or short-circuited

①The main fault phenomenon is that the diesel engine shuts down or does not run.

②Cause of failure: ECM detected all of the following situations:

a. The ECM reads a signal voltage higher than 4.8V for 8 seconds;

b. The power supply to the ECM has been provided for at least 2 seconds;

c·5V sensor power supply line and battery positive short circuit fault code 0262-03 currently does not exist;

d.5V sensor power supply line and ground short circuit fault code 0262-04 currently does not exist;

e. The diesel engine is not running or the diesel engine has been running continuously for at least 3 minutes.

③ The system responds that the ECM will record the fault code, which can be viewed on the display module or ET. The ECM will

(3) Fault code 0094-04: Fuel pressure sensor short circuit to ground

b. The power supply to the ECM has been provided for at least 2 seconds;

a·The ECM reads a signal voltage higher than 4.8V for 8 seconds;

b. The power supply to the ECM has been provided for at least 2 seconds;

c·5V sensor power supply line and battery positive short circuit fault code 0262-03 currently does not exist;

d.5V sensor power supply line and ground short circuit fault code 0262-04 currently does not exist;

e. The diesel engine does not run.

(5) Fault code 0100-04: Oil pressure sensor short circuit to ground

①Main fault phenomenon

a. The diesel engine operates at low power.

b. The diesel engine speed decreases.

②Cause of failure: ECM detects all of the following conditions:

a. The ECM reads a signal voltage higher than 0.2V for 18s;

b. The power supply to the ECM has been provided for at least 2 seconds;

c.5V sensor power supply line and battery positive short circuit fault code 0262-03 currently does not exist;

d.5V sensor power supply line and ground short circuit fault code 0262-04 currently does not exist;

e. The diesel engine does not run.

③ The system response ECM will record the fault code, which can be viewed on the display module or ET. The ECM marks the oil pressure as invalid data and uses the pressure of 600kPa as the default value.

(6) Fault code 0110-03: Coolant temperature sensor and battery positive open/short circuit

①Main fault phenomenon

a. The diesel engine will not enter cold mode.

b. The diesel engine does not catch fire.

c. The diesel engine operates at low power.

d. The diesel engine speed decreases.

②Cause of failure: ECM detects all of the following conditions:

a·The ECM reads a signal voltage above 4.92V for 8 seconds;

b. The power supply to the ECM has been supplied for at least 2 seconds.

③ The system responds that the ECM will record the fault code, which can be viewed on the display module or ET. The ECM will

The coolant temperature is marked as invalid data and a temperature of 90°C is used as the default value.

(7) Fault code 0110-04: Coolant temperature sensor short circuit to ground

①Main fault phenomenon

a. The diesel engine does not catch fire.

b. The diesel engine operates at low power.

c. The diesel engine speed decreases.

②Cause of failure: ECM detects all of the following conditions:

a·The ECM reads a signal voltage below 0.2V for 8 seconds.

b. The power supply to the ECM has been supplied for at least 2 seconds.

③ The system response BCM will record the fault code, which can be viewed on the display module or ET. The ECM will mark the coolant temperature as invalid data and use a temperature of 90°C as the default value. When the fault code is the current fault code, The diesel engine will not go into cold mode.
