  1. Fault code 0164-04: Injection drive pressure sensor and ground short circuit
    ①Main fault phenomenon
    a. The diesel engine operates at low power.
    b. The diesel engine is running poorly at idle speed.
    ②Cause of failure: ECM detects all of the following conditions:
    a. The signal voltage of the injection drive pressure sensor is lower than 0.1V for at least 0.6s;
    b.5V sensor power supply line and battery positive short circuit fault code 0262-03 currently does not exist;
    c.5V sensor power supply line and ground short circuit fault code 0262-04 does not currently exist;
    d. The power supply to the ECM has been provided for at least 2 seconds;
    e. Cold mode does not currently exist.
    ③ The system response ECM will record the fault code, which can be viewed on the display module or ET. The ECM will mark the injection drive pressure as invalid data and use the pressure of 17.5MPa as the default value. The ECM will control the injection drive pressure The valve current is set to a fixed value.
  2. Fault code 0164-11: Mechanical failure of injection drive pressure sensor
    ①Main fault phenomenon
    a. The diesel engine operates at low power.
    b. The diesel engine is running poorly at idle speed.
    c. It is difficult to start the diesel engine at normal operating temperature.
    d. The diesel engine is easy to start when the temperature is lower than the normal operating temperature.
    ②The cause of the fault is that the ECM detects one of the following conditions:
    a. The difference between the actual injection driving pressure and the required injection driving pressure exceeds 3MPa;
    b. The maximum or minimum current output time to the injection drive pressure control valve is longer than required. This fault code indicates that there is a mechanical failure, and the ECM and electronic control system are operating normally.
    ③The system response ECM will record the fault code, which can be viewed on the display module or ET.
    ④Fault Diagnosis and Troubleshooting The fault may only occur at operating temperature. If the system has been repaired recently, there may be air in the fuel injection drive system. Start the diesel engine at a speed of 1500r/min for several minutes to eliminate the remaining air.
  3. Fault code 0168-02: System voltage pulsation
    ①Main fault phenomenon
    a. The diesel engine does not catch fire.
    b. The diesel engine stops running.
    ②The cause of the fault is that the ECM detects one of the following conditions:
    a. The diesel engine cannot start, and the battery voltage drops below 9V, and then rises after 0.06s;
    b. The diesel engine cannot start, and the battery voltage dropped three times in the last 7 seconds, below 9V.
    ③The system responds that the ECM will record a fault code, which can be viewed on the display module or ET. The ECM will only record the code when the diesel engine is running.
  4. Fault code 0172-03: Intake air temperature sensor and battery positive electrode open/short circuit
    ①The main fault phenomenon is that the diesel engine is running at low power.
    ②Cause of failure: ECM detects all of the following conditions:
    a. The ECM reads the signal voltage above 4.92V for at least 8 seconds;
    b.5V sensor power supply line and battery positive short circuit fault code 0262-03 currently does not exist;
    c.5V sensor power supply line and ground short circuit fault code 0262-04 does not currently exist;
    d. The power supply to the ECM has been supplied for at least 2 seconds.
    ③ The system response ECM will record a fault code, which can be viewed on the display module or ET. The ECM marks the intake air temperature as invalid data and uses a temperature of 85 degrees as the default value.
  5. Fault code 0172-04: Intake air temperature sensor short circuit to ground
    ①The main fault phenomenon is that the diesel engine is running at low power.
    ②Cause of failure: ECM detects all of the following conditions:
    a. The ECM reads the signal voltage below 0.2V for at least 8 seconds;
    b.5V sensor power supply line and battery positive short circuit fault code 0262-03 currently does not exist;
    c.5V sensor power supply line and ground short circuit fault code 0262-04 does not currently exist;
    d. The power supply to the ECM has been supplied for at least 2 seconds.
    ③ The system response ECM will record a fault code, which can be viewed on the display module or ET. The ECM marks the intake air temperature as invalid data and uses a temperature of 85 degrees as the default value.
  6. Fault code 0175-03: Oil temperature sensor and battery positive electrode open/short circuit
    ①The main fault phenomenon is no fault phenomenon.
    ②Cause of failure: ECM detects all of the following conditions:
    a. The ECM reads the signal voltage above 4.92V for at least 8 seconds;
    b.5V sensor power supply line and battery positive short circuit fault code 0262-03 currently does not exist;
    c.5V sensor power supply line and ground short circuit fault code 0262-04 does not currently exist;
    d. The power supply to the ECM has been supplied for at least 2 seconds.
    ③The system response ECM will record the fault code, which can be viewed on the display module or ET. The ECM will mark the oil temperature as invalid data and adjust the oil temperature value to the coolant temperature value. If the coolant temperature sensor is faulty, To use one of the following values:
    a. When the diesel engine is running, set the oil temperature to 65 degrees;
    b. When the diesel engine stops running, set the oil temperature to -10 degrees.
